These terms apply to purchases from oakandloom.in, operated by Oak & Loom, 602, Pooja Tower, Evershine City, Vasai East, Maharashtra 401208, India (GSTIN 27AAKFO4263D1Z9). By placing an order you agree to them.
Our textiles are handwoven or hand-finished, so each piece may vary slightly from its photographs in weave, colour and finish. Pieces marked "One piece only" are unique; once sold they cannot be restocked.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Razorpay. We do not offer cash on delivery.
An order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is unavailable, or if a price or description was listed in error.
We ship within India only. See our Shipping & Returns page for charges and timelines.
All sales are final except for damaged, defective or wrong items, as set out in our Refund Policy.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts with authority over our registered place of business in Maharashtra.
